OPTY – GLASS POLISHING COMPOUND

Overview

OPTY is a high-performance polishing compound specially formulated for glass restoration.

It effectively removes scratches, surface marks, blade streaks, and water stains from glass surfaces.

Ideal for automotive and architectural glass, OPTY restores clarity and transparency safely and efficiently.

How to Use

1. Shake the product well before use.
2. Inspect the glass carefully. Do not polish if there are cracks or deep stone impacts.
3. Ensure the glass is clean and decontaminated using Prizm Vonixx.
4. Apply a small amount of OPTY directly on the felt pad, carpet, or jeans cloth.
5. Use a rotary polisher, moving crosswise and overlapping, keeping the speed between 1200–1600 RPM.
6. Maintain the glass temperature between 55°C and 65°C.
7. Lubricate the polishing pad using a spray bottle of water, but avoid spraying water directly on the glass.

Observations

• Avoid touching the glass during polishing.
• Never spray water directly on the glass during polishing — it may cause cracks.
• Keep the pad flat; tilting it may create marks.
• For deeper scratches, light sanding may be required before polishing.
